If your company is within our service area, UMT can repair your equipment on-site. Service can be established through a maintenance contract (covering the repair of your equipment by charging a monthly flat rate) or on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis. Our T&M service rates are based upon your location.
Our depot facility in Peoria, provides a down-to-the-component-level repair laboratory. Services range from emergency 24-hour repair to standard 5-10 day turnaround. This service includes system integration, customized hardware, engineering services, refurbishment, and hardware evaluation. Services are either on a flat rate or on a Time & Materials basis.
UMT provides a number of services for the security conscious, included among these are surveys & audits, monitoring, diagnosis & cleaning of virus infested computer systems and even tiger team & HIPAA Testing.
